2. Can I reuse the press-on nails?
Yes, our press-on nails are designed to be reusable. After wearing them, gently remove the nails by soaking them in warm water for a few minutes. Use a cuticle pusher to lift the nails and avoid any damage to your natural nails. Clean the adhesive residue from the nails and store them in the provided reusable storage box for future use.
3. How long do the press-on nails last each time I wear them?
The longevity of our press-on nails depends on various factors such as your daily activities and how well you take care of them. On average, our nails can last up to 1-2 weeks with proper application and maintenance. We recommend avoiding excessive exposure to water and using gloves when doing household chores to extend the wear time.
4. Can I cut or file the press-on nails?
We do not recommend cutting or filing our press-on nails as it may compromise their shape and durability. Our nails are pre-shaped and designed to fit most nail sizes. If you find the nails too long, you can gently file them down using a fine-grit nail file. Always file in one direction to avoid any damage.
5. Are the press-on nails safe for my natural nails?
Yes, our press-on nails are safe for your natural nails when applied and removed correctly. We use high-quality materials that are gentle on your nails. It's important to follow our application and removal instructions to minimise any potential damage. We recommend giving your natural nails a few days of rest between changing different styles. If you have any concerns or experience any discomfort, please stop wearing them and consult a professional for medial advice if needed.
6. What is Pretty Handy's return policy?
At Pretty Handy, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return policy is designed to be as simple and convenient as possible.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- For personal hygiene reasons, press-on nails cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or tampered with.
- Customised products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us: Email us at hi@prettyhandy.uk to initiate a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive a return confirmation: Once your order's eligibility for return is verified, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.
- Pack and ship your return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including any accessories, complete toolkit, and documentation. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at hi@prettyhandy.uk and we will guide you through the exchange process.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
